It's true...there is a new nine hole course in Huber. Community Park, across from the high school on Chambersburg Road. It's in a park environment, so we need to share. Holes are fairly short, a couple of them better players may be able to throw a driver. Mature trees, tight lines, but the shortness makes them playable for par. Not too difficult to navigate the first time through. Biggest issue is number 9, need to throw along the parking lot and hyzer around a gazebo. Good practice course, don't see any tourneys there, impromptu two disc challenge maybe.

While cryptic, this last post has been bothering me, so I now think?? I understand and if I am right feel badly. Please PM me and let me know if my suspicion is true. Scott.

My wife has to work on July 4th, so I'll be on baby duty that day. Needless to say, I don't see myself being able to play an 18 hole course. I would like to play this course and maybe try to hit up Troy Community Park or Wittenberg University. Any suggestions?

You may have a problem with both Huber and troy courses on the 4th. Both courses are part of the park and I'm sure you will experience a lot of people enjoying the park. i would recommend 9 holes at Englewood or Clayton....no picnicker's and kids playing on the course.

Thanks for the warning. I'll try to play them another time I guess.
