Hey, Clubbers, I'm just gonna' throw this out there. After Lincoln Ridge, Fat Ol' Man and I were talking about possibly taking the Breakfast Club on the road to an out-of-town course at some point. If that sounds interesting, feel free to nominate a course. I'd personally like to re-visit Lincoln Ridge.

Not the world traveller as others but, what about: Mt. Airy, Gulley in Cincy and Rutan in Bellefontaine?? Are they worthy?

Being new to this forum I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but what about Idlewild in northern Kentucky? My friend and I are already planning to go there once the weather breaks, because it's the highest rated course on dgcoursereview.com that is fairly close. It's currently the second highest rated course on that site.

Well, the reason I play B-Club is so that I can get back home before my kids realize that I'm gone (relax, they are 13 and 12).
I just have to be back by 12ish. So, I'll have to pass on farther locales.
Gully is doable, and a fun course.
Idlewilde? After last summer's visit, I really have no further desire to attend. I like having decent chances at 2s and 3s.

I'm good down to the mid 30's, as long as it's fairly dry.

Snow should be melted as the temp Friday eve is s'posed to reach upper 30's w/sunshine. Temp is expected to dip below freezing overnight and into tomorrow morning, so ground will probably be spongy if not frozen, but not muddy. If only the course pro could somehow get out there early in the morning w/some salt and hit the tee pads...

The sandy soil at G-town looks great and the water level in the creek is fine as well.
